Arguably, the bug is that caged creatures show up in the kill list in the first place...

I thought that it is OK to have ability to kill caged enemy. But it can be called also interface bug.

Presumably, you might want your military gathered around ready to attack the moment you unleash a caged beast, so it is possible that it's not even an interface bug. However, there are surely less-confusing ways to present and/or accomplish that behavior.

I would make sence to (m)ove military to move it.
Or at least show creatures on kill list as "foo (caged)" [it is irritating to have list with multiplies enemies, with the same type - but part is caged]
