| Summary | 0010928: Dwarves may change name when going on raids, and any assigned pets will not embark, causing the raid to not proceed |
| Description | Certain dwarves have changed their names when going on raids. Thus far, this has only been observed to occur with three dwarves; one was labeled as a Poet, while the other two were mercenaries. If the dwarf has been assigned war animals, on their owner leaving the map, they will be listed as belonging to the new name of their owner, but will not leave the map. SInce squads to not actually leave until all members and assigned animals have left the map, this prevents the raid from occurring, and the squad is stuck in limbo.
Having a dwarf change their name during the mission has no effect on the mission's embarkment, nor does having a war animal; it is only the combination that causes an issue. |
| Steps To Reproduce | Add a dwarf with animals assigned and who changes their name when raiding to a squad, then send that squad on any mission into the world. |
