0001404: Disembowelment almost never happens

It happens extremely rarely. I managed to disembowel a cave crocodile with a halberd, and I think I disemboweled an elf with a sword or something. But you have to get very lucky. I think it's much rarer than intended.

Really? I have given creatures red gut wounds all the time. Did you try grabbing the exposed intestines with wrestling?

I did grab the guts after disemboweling the crocodile, yeah. I pinched them a bunch of times in an attempt to rip them out, but it didn't work.

Like I said, though, it happens extremely rarely. I've killed thousands of creatures in the new version, maybe tens of thousands, and it's only happened twice. And it might depend on what kind of weapons you're using. Try halberds.

Alright, I hope its fixed soon as I really wanted to see all the new combat system things but yea, guts popping out never seens to really happen.
