Summary

0001658: Crash after a set amount of time.

Description

The game just saved, transitioned to Winter, and now crashes at the same time, every time, and I've no idea why.

I use one mod, to put shells on cows, but have tried removing it and the game still crashes. Plus I've had Winters before where it didn't crash with no problem, so I doubt that's the issue either. I'd say maybe Freezing of water (I do have a flood gate installed to block water flow) but

Steps To Reproduce

1) Load the game
2) Wait a while
3) Optional: Yell at the damn game for ruining a good fort.

(0005754) Footkerchief (manager) 2010-04-30 11:40 edited on: 2010-04-30 12:07	Are you melting a bunch of stuff? edit: I confirmed a crash on region2, and I didn't see any melt jobs. For future reference, you can generally just upload the region folder instead of the whole DF folder.

(0015009) Dwarfu (manager) 2011-02-05 11:50 edited on: 2011-02-05 13:26	I loaded this in 31.18. Crash. There was only a region1, so this was probably changed after you tested it, Footkerchief. In the OP description "...to put shells on cows, but have tried removing it..." suggests this is 0001271. EDIT: actually, I had several downloads and got them mixed up - this download did indeed have the full game, mods and regions in it. I checked the raw files and noticed the shells had been removed from the main raws, but that it remained in the region's raws, further supporting 0001271.
