0001891: Getting profession updates, but not changing titles

Description

I just got a message that says "[name of dwarf] has become a chief medical dwarf". This came as the dwarf in question gained a level in "furnace operator." If he wasn't the chief medical dwarf, his new title would be "furnace operator." So I got the message that his profession title had changed, even though it hadn't. Might not even be worth fixing.
