0002315: Dwarf hit in lower lip with arrow, cuts open artery, bleeds to death from his lip in seconds

Description

A dwarf got hit in his lower lip by an arrow. It opened an artery and he bled to death in seconds. A cut open lip shouldn't be deadly, it shouldn't have such major arteries in the first place.

Steps To Reproduce

Acquire a slashed lip, hope for a critical roll when damaged to get a severed artery.
