0002603: New squad starts out with random kill order, doesn't show anybody in military screen

Description

I created a new squad with four random immigrants. For some reason, they immediately activated and displayed an order, "Kill Cilob Rìtharudil, Animal Caretaker", an order I did not give. Further, "Cilob Rìtharudil" does not exist in my units screen.

Also, when I went back to my military screen, it showed all spots in the squad as "VACANT" or "AVAILABLE" but the options for new dwarves on the right did not include the dwarves actually in the squad. Using the "select individuals" option of the squads screen also displays nothing.

Ordering the squad around works.
