Summary0000334: Cannot use soil to plant plants.
DescriptionOn any of the soil types, I can't plant anything unless I water it. Sometimes after it is watered I still can't plant plants.

 Probably a duplicate of 0000013 unless you can explain what you mean by "after it is water I still can't plant plants". Is the ground muddy?
