| Description | a forge chain job in a forge with 'novice' minimum skill level does not get assigned to dwarves that have novice (rusty) as metalcrafting skill

| Additional Information | it's not really a bug, but it was a hell to diagnose why the crafting was stuck. probably a 'count rusty skills' selection on the job profile interface would help in clarifying the situation and the behavior. |
