0009889: Phantom caravans at the map edge

Description

Several years into play, I noticed caravans are sometimes announced but don't appear on the map. It is announced a month after that they are leaving, but I don't see them anywhere.

I can, however, find the items they are carrying, through the stocks screen, and if I zoom to an item, it points me to an empty tile on or near the map's edge.

They're also listed like they're being still carried by the caravan.

Go to Stocks, zoom to any meat or fish, it takes you to the edge of the map but nothing is there.
