0004494: Peaceful siege in reclaimed fort - or - liaison killed by peaceful creature

Description

"Enemies that existed during abandonment will still be there if you reclaim the fortress immediately afterwards. Enemy invasion forces like goblin ambush parties will be peaceful for some reason."

But in my fort siege leftover killed liaison (http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=34430.msg2173782#msg2173782 [^]).

At least one from this things is a bug.
