Summary0006530: Dwarves won't build stairs in trees (specifically leaves/twigs)
DescriptionMy dwarf won.t build stairs in tree leaves. He just picks up the log, and stands there. Other constructions seem to build fine, though
Steps To Reproduce1. Build up stairs below tree.
2. Build up/down or down stairs in branches.

 Update: I tried it again in 40.24, the game crashed when I tried to build a floor in a tree. Seems to happen when a dwarf picks up the job.

 Crashes after building floors in trees have been reported in 0008719 for up-ramps of underground trees, too.
