Summary

0009049: Trees don't always burn in magma

Description

This issue was fixed in 0.40.01, but it has returned in version 0.40.24, possibly earlier versions.

The related issue is 0001567

Steps To Reproduce

Find a volcano in a heavily forested biome, dig a few holes into the magma pipe, watch trees not burn while the surrounding vegetation turn to ash.

(0032982) PatrikLundell (reporter) 2015-08-20 23:45	I've encountered subterrainian trees growing in the magma beside a magma pool when I breached the cavern (0.40.24).

(0032997) lethosor (manager) 2015-08-25 19:25	It's definitely possible for trees to catch fire when their leaves are exposed to magma (at least in the arena) - I haven't investigated this much, but it's not an issue of trees being immune to magma, aside from 0008736.
